The next Guernsey General Election will take place on Wednesday 18 June 2025.

The Electoral Roll is now closed for new registrations.  However, if you are already on the roll you can register to receive a postal vote.

A comprehensive guide providing information for prospective candidates for the 2025 General Election is now available. The guide includes details on the rules and important key dates for those considering standing for election and links to relevant legislation all candidates and political parties need be aware of.

Guidance for entry into the manifesto booklet

The States Assembly & Constitution Committee has published guidance for prospective candidates for June’s General Election about the steps they need to take if they wish to be included in the Manifesto Booklet, which will be delivered to all homes where at least one person is registered on the Electoral Roll.
